Jayne Calhoun, Town Clerk

Jayne first came to Town of Cedar Point in 2015 after serving as Deputy Clerk for Town of Oriental. Her job description includes taking and maintaining the Minutes from the Board of Commissioners, Board of Adjustment and Planning Board, and any and all other items that may be penciled in. Alisha Dahart, CZO, Code Enforcement Officer

Alisha joined the Town in early July, 2022.  She began her career with the Town as an Administrative Assistant. After mastering that role, and expressing an interest in land use related matters, she transitioned into the Town's zoning and permit officer. Still eager to learn more, Alisha has now taken over floodplain permitting and nuisance/code enforcement activities for the Town.  Email Alisha at adahart@cedarpointnc.org

 

Ken Howell and Brian Medlock, Public Works Maintenance Technicians

Ken and Brian work day in and day out to maintain our beautiful town. You will often find them with equipment in the hands or under their feet as they handle all the mowing, weedeating, edging, patching, painting, and other general maintenance necessary to keep our roads, parks, and other properties safe a clean.

 

Linda Starry, Administrative Assistant

Linda started working for the Town in 2023. In her part-time role with the Town, she helps answer the phones, greet visitors, and file paperwork in addition to a variety of other tasks delegated to her.
