Town Administration

The Town of Cedar Point operates under a Council-Manager form of government and is represented by a Mayor and five Commissioners. The Mayor and Board are responsible for setting forth the Town Vision, establishing plans, policies and procedures, adopting Ordinances, Resolutions, and Town Budget. Day to day operations are delegated to a Town Manager, who is responsible for overseeing Town staff and promoting the town's vision while operating within Town policies, the Town Budget, and all applicable laws and regulations.
